Yoga videos are great aids in your yoga practice, but if you truly want to have results, then you need to have live instruction too. Private instruction is great if you need yoga that is more tailored to your needs than a general yoga class. It's also a great option if you have my videos and are having trouble with a certain pose or poses or you have an injury that you want to be careful with - just book an hour and let's see if we can work it out!

Private Instruction in Western North Carolina Enjoy yoga instruction the way that it works best - one on one at your pace. I will come to your home or office for yoga instruction, or it can be held at One Center Yoga in downtown Asheville. Call or email for an initial assessment. Then I will design a class made just for you. During the first class we will work through the poses that are right for you and work on the goals for future classes if needed. The private class can be held as often or as little as you want. All props are provided if needed Rates: $75/hr Additional travel fee if outside of the Asheville area. Private Online Instruction via free Skype service Enjoy the convenience of one-on-one instruction in the comfort of your home or office and at your own time via Skype! Private online instruction works much the same way as in person. First, you will need to call or email me for an initial assessment and to set up a time for our first class. I will design a class made just for you. Then you will work through the poses as I instruct you with a live video and audio feed through skype. Our computers will be situated so that we can see each other so that it will be like we are in the same room. After the first class, we will talk about and work on the goals for future classes, if needed. These classes can be held as often are as little as you want. Rate: $75/hr Requirements: You must have a computer that will run the Skype service with a working web cam built into or attached to your computer, and a high speed internet connection.
